LeadVision — TransformIQ, the enterprise AI platform

TransformIQ
TransformIQ is LeadVision’s enterprise AI platform: 24 modules across four solutions — CoreIQ ERP, eIPM, Prism and Commercial & KnowledgeIQ — plus three shared capabilities: KPI & Risk, Document Management and Executive View. One identity, one permission model and one database of record. ESA, the Enterprise Secure Agent, is the governed agent layer across the platform. BSLM, the business small language module, is compiled into the platform, so there is no external model endpoint and no per-token bill. TransformIQ runs on LeadVision-owned hardware — on-premise inside the client’s own network, in secure private cloud, or as SaaS — with no hyperscaler in any of the three.
Built from the ground up
TransformIQ started life as DTPE, with a single solution, eIPM, of four modules. It grew incrementally where clients and industries showed a gap: Prism was added, eIPM was expanded, then CoreIQ ERP, then Commercial & KnowledgeIQ. Each solution was designed through the business lens first, with methodology and frameworks built into the modules and native integration between them. Nothing was acquired and there is no legacy code base.
Standards built into the product
259 clauses across seven clause registers — Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Asset and HR in CoreIQ ERP, and Contract and Tender in Commercial & KnowledgeIQ — each with a drafted position and drafted evidence, and zero conformity positions adopted on a client’s behalf. Frameworks referenced include ISO 55001, ISO 20400, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IPSAS 24, CIPS and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement; projects align to PMBOK. How it got here
- 16 September 2013 — LeadVision Pty Ltd registered.
- 2014 — consultancy engagement for TotalEnergies, delivered from Perth.
- 2016 — first platform deployment, as DTPE, with eIPM.
- 20 July 2018 — DTPE filed (Australian innovation patent AU 2018100864): integrated modules embedded with processes, methodology and global best practice.
- 3 September 2018 — eIPM filed (AU 2018101280): strategy through project, programme and portfolio to resource management, with predictive analysis and a voice interface.
- 28 December 2018 — EOI filed (AU 2018102122): a platform framed as adopting AI and machine learning, with built-in scenarios that detect where a process needs optimising.
- 5 August 2022 — TransformIQ mobile app released on Google Play.
- For reference: ChatGPT was released to the public on 30 November 2022.
The three filings are Australian innovation patents, granted without substantive examination, and are cited as a dated record of the founding ideas and when they were filed — not as a claim of current protection.
